Terms & Conditions for Raycop and Loofen

  1. This warranty (part& labour in Malaysia commencing from date of purchase) applies for a period as stated in below table:

     Other components : 1 year warranty except:

    1. Serviceable items such as filters, fuses, seals, UVC lamp and etc.
    2. Damage to body work, paint work ,glass and plastic items (such as windows ,covers, baskets, trays, worktops, control & kick panels, etc)
    3. Corrosion damage.
    4. Non technical parts.
    5. Commercial usage.
    6. Damage caused by household pests.
  2. Evidence  of the date  of purchase must be shown to the technician, when he calls to obtain benefit under this warranty.
  3. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser/hire purchaser of this appliance and    cannot be assigned or transferred. Failure to produce documentary proof of the date of original acquisition by the original purchaser will result in a charge being levied for work done , Labour  and parts supplied.
  4. This warranty  will not apply where:
    1. The fault is caused by accident, misuse, fire flood or the used of products not approved by KHIND ALLIANCES SDN BHD.
    2. There has  been a failure comply with the manufacturer’s operating and installation instructions.
    3. Service or repair has been  carried out by anybody other than an approved Khind Alliances Service Technician.
    4. The appliance has been used/installed anywhere other than a private dwelling ,or where it has been used other than for domestic use (e.g. for commercial purpose).
  5. Any defective part that has been replaced becomes the property of  KHIND ALLIANCES          SDN BHD.
  6. This warranty applies only to KHIND ALLIANCES SDN BHD products purchase and installed in Malaysia only.
  7. Loss of use of the appliance consequential loss of any nature is not covered.
  8. A charge may be levied at the discrection of KHIND ALLIANCES SDN BHD if the call is deemed unnecessary or if the cause of failure is traced to external sources such as ,but not limited to; blown ,fuses, power, failure, faulty installation, etc.
  9. KHIND ALLIANCES SDN BHD shall not under any circumstances be responsible in terms of this warranty for the replacement or repair of any part of the equipment which may have been damaged in transit.
  10. Losses caused by act of God, failure to obtain spare parts, strikes or lockouts are not covered.
  11. This warranty will override any warranty certificate in the machine from country other than Malaysia although is duly signed by an authorized official dealer or KHIND ALLIANCES SDN BHD.
  12. This warranty is a valid if the warranty certificate is duly filled and return to KHIND ALLIANCES SDN BHD within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  13. Repair service is offered during normal working hours only.
  14. This warranty does not effect your statutory rights.

Terms & Conditions for Khind

We fully guarantee this product against its defective parts and manufacturing faults within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
The terms and conditions are as below:

  1. This warranty does not cover damage by:
    • Any unauthorized repairs or modification to the unit.
    • Product misue, negligence, accident or damage occurred during transit by or from the customer.
    • Attack by household pests ,fire, flood, lightning, natural disasters, pollution, abnormal voltage ,or used with generator.
    • Product being damaged due to commercial usage (warranty covers all products for domestic usage only).
    • Ordinary wear and tear of  parts
  2. In no event shall Khind-Mistral(M) Sdn Bhd and its authorized dealers be held responsible for any delay in the performance of this warranty or any consequential damage.
  3. The warranty period is only valid for purchases made in Malaysia and shipped to West Malaysia ONLY. Khind-Mistral (M) Sdn. Bhd. and its authorized dealers will not be responsible for products that are bought out of West Malaysia, should the products need servicing or replacement of spare parts. Kindly contact Khind Customer Service at 603-7839 2000 for clarification.
  4. This warranty shall be void in the event of any alterations made to the warranty card.

We fully guarantee this product against its defective parts and manufacturing faults within the warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
The terms and conditions are as below:

  1. This warranty does not cover damage by:

    2. Product misuse negligence, accident or damage occurred during transit by or from the customer.
    3. Attack by household pests, fire, flood, lightning, natural disasters, pollution, abnormal voltage, or used with generator.
    4. Product being damaged due to commercial usage (Warranty covers all products for domestic usage only).
  2. In no event shall Khind-Mistral (M) Sdn Bhd and its authorized dealers be held responsible for any delay in the performance of this warranty or any consequential damage.
  3. This warranty is valid in Malaysia only. Any alteration to this card will render the warranty void.
