Recipe: Ginseng Chicken Soup

Khind Product: Khind Soup Cooker SC680C


  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 3 Liter Water

Stuffing Ingredients:

  • 50g Ginseng Root 
  • 100g Ginkgo
  • 200g Lotus Seeds
  • 10 pcs Red Dates
  • 100g Fragrant Rice
  • 10g Chopped
  • Garlic


  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar



  1. Wash chicken, fill all stuffing ingredients into cavity and then place into Khind Soup Cooker.
  2. Pour in water and cover the lid, select Chicken Soup function, set time cook for 5 hours.
  3. Season with salt and sugar, ready to serve.
