1. What's the material of the accessories?

The accessories of this model have different coating. The baking tray is enamel coated while the wire rack, rotisserie fork, axis, tray handle is chromed coated.

9. If your box is damaged upon receiving, kindly show us with photo proof and we will compensate a voucher at our discretion.

10. Do note that order cancellation/change of address is only permitted BEFORE your order is processed by us. Orders that have been processed and provided with a tracking number will not be entertained.
