1. Is it BPA free?
Yes, it is BPA free.
2. Is it normal to have plastic odour in the boiled water?
You may notice a smell of plastic for the first time when you use the thermo pot. This is normal and will fade over time.
3. What is the material of the heating coil?
The heating element (coil) is made of SUS304 material (Rust Free Stainless Steel).
4. What's the material of the inner and outer body?
The inner layer of this model is stainless steel while the outer body is plastic food grade.

7. All returns must be clarified and approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
8. If there is damage upon receiving your product, kindly notify us with photo/video proof and we will assist with replacing your item.
9. If your box is damaged upon receiving, kindly show us with photo proof and we will compensate a voucher at our discretion.
10. Do note that order cancellation/change of address is only permitted BEFORE your order is processed by us. Orders that have been processed and provided with a tracking number will not be entertained.
